Coyote's Christmas Carol
is a folklore-infused, magical realism
holiday comedy drama that has been

performed around the world in

colleges, community theaters,
high schools and middle schools.

Scrooge, a poor boy from Mexico, is now a wealthy, miserly man in Santa Fe, New Mexico. 
On Christmas Eve, Scrooge is visited by the great trickster, Coyote, who sends him on a journey guided by three spirits:   
A Monarch Butterfly, a Dancing Deer, and

the legendary ghost, La Llorona.

 

This large-cast holiday comedy by Mal Mac 

features three original songs by Diego Flores.
